LubeDesire — Return & Refund Policy

At Lube Desire, we want you to feel confident with every purchase. We carefully inspect and pack every order before dispatch to ensure it reaches you in perfect condition.

Due to the intimate nature of our products, lingerie, intimate apparel, innerwear, and opened or used products are generally not eligible for return or exchange for hygiene and safety reasons.

We may accept a return or replacement if:

• You received a damaged or defective product.
• You received an incorrect product or size due to an error on our part.
• The product was damaged during transit.

Any issue must be reported to us within 48 hours of delivery, along with clear photographs or an unboxing video where applicable.

Products must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in their original packaging with all tags and labels intact.

If your return or replacement is approved, LubeDesire will provide further instructions. Refunds, where applicable, will be processed to the original payment method or through another method communicated by us.

Please note: We reserve the right to decline returns that do not meet our hygiene, packaging, or eligibility requirements.
